 Sample leadtime is around 15working days.
Mass production leadtime is around 25 days depand on order Qty and products items. if some special hurry order, pls discuss we can help you hurry finish quickly.

 3.Whether we can add the own logo and size, printing content.

Yes, all package could be customized,

4.Whether the company has an independent quality control department ?

Yes, our company has a separate quality control department , after inspection by all finished before  they can put in storage.
